Refunds
We don't not offer cash refunds. In the event of receiving defective items, We ask that you contact customer service within 24hrs in receipt of receiving the package. In some cases, we can offer a credit in the amount of the defective item, towards your next purchase. You must speak with Customer Service before you send anything to the P O Box.
